Avanta Institute of Aviation Excellence was founded in 2012 by a team of senior airline professionals who saw a critical gap — aspiring aviation students were highly motivated but lacked the structured, industry-standard training needed to succeed with top airlines.

Over 12 years, we have trained more than 5,200 students across cabin crew, ground operations, and personality development — with a 94% placement record that speaks to the effectiveness of our approach.

Our faculty comprises active and retired professionals from IndiGo, Air India, Emirates, and Singapore Airlines — bringing real-world standards directly into the classroom.
